I never knew Jason in later life, I think we lost touch in our twenties. It was wonderful to learn he had such a loving, caring and happy family life in later life. Obviously he will be missed more than any message can ever convey and my thoughts and love are with all those in his life.
He was such a funny, enthusiastic and ebullient presence in my childhood and we shared many boyhood escapades. I wish we hadn’t lost contact but we did. Nobody’s fault life sometimes gets in the way and these things can fall away. He however, will remain a cherished memory and I’m so glad he was in my life. All love and strength to his beautiful family.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
